Kitchen crew - Chef (extrahelp)

As a chef at Comfort Hotel Bergen Airport, you will work closely with the F&B Manager and the rest of the team to ensure high quality in all food production for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and à la carte service.

We are looking for someone passionate about food, who sets the standard for the hotel's food service and wants to deliver high quality to our guests. We also want you to be an energetic team player who spreads smiles to both guests and colleagues. It´s a relaxed atmosphere, but we expect you to be professional, flexible, and enjoy busy days.

 

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and à la carte service.

Interact with customers.

Follow all legal and chain-imposed regulations, routines, concepts, and standards in daily operations.

Be part of developing food concepts aligned with Comfort´s brand.

The position involves shift work, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.

 

Qualifications:

You are reliable and take full responsibility for achieving goals and results.

You work well under pressure and have good communication skills.

You are a team player and promote unity in the F&B department.

You contribute to a positive work environment.

You are proficient in Norwegian/Scandinavian languages or English at a professional level.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in the field.

This is a casual position with start dates agreed upon as needed.
