We are looking for a new Workplace Experience Behavior Process Lead in the Nordics!

The Workplace Experience team leads and is responsible for delivering great Workplace Experiences to more than 9,000 EY employees across the four Nordic countries. EY Nordics currently operates 110 offices and supports our people regardless of where they work from: client locations, remotely/from home, and in transit.
The Nordic EY Workplace Experience team has the ambition to provide the best Workplace Experience (WX) for our people so they can serve our clients better. EY in the Nordics is a Global pilot within EY Globally, and our aim is to be the best among the professional service firms and inspire others internally and externally.
To make this happen we must have the strongest and most innovative team in the industry and work closely with strategic external partners. A key role within our team is the WX Behavior Process Lead for the Nordic countries, which is a newly designed role. We see this role as critical in bringing together People, Places and Technology to provide coherent Workplace Experiences for our people.
The opportunity
The WX Behavior Process Lead is reporting to the Nordic Head of Workplace Experience.
The successful candidate will be working closely with key internal stakeholders in the region, like leadership, Talent/HR, branding & comms etc. as well as together with global support functions like Real Estate, and IT.
Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following processes at a Nordic level:
- Hybrid model and hybrid leadership – together with Talent/HR
- In office ‘ways of working’ principles
- Internal and external Travel
- Meeting experience policy
- Employer Branding, together with HR and Branding & Comms
- Other Behavior related topics like workplace inclusion, Health & wellbeing, community building in collaboration with HR
Being responsible means developing and maintaining concepts, policies, guidelines as well as driving activities around awareness, knowledge and better behaviors for our people and leadership.
Close coordination and stakeholder engagement is key to succeeding in a complex organization.
The WX Behavior Lead will
- Drive WX-related change and communication activities across all relevant processes together with relevant stakeholders and other support functions
- Own and maintain WX specific sharepoint site with relevant information to our people
- Drive awareness, knowledge, and activities related to Hybrid model and hybrid leadership, to support individuals, teams, and leaders in balancing priorities and enabling sustainable growth
- Ownership of change and communications for updated EY travel policy, continuously follow-up on travel budget and behaviors
- Develop and maintain In-office ‘Ways of Working’ concept and principles linked to purpose of space strategies, enabling EY corporate, people, and environment strategies
- Lead the work to define our next gen meeting experience, enabled by meeting strategy, new technology and AI
- Collaborate with Talent/HR and Branding & Comms around important topics like workplace inclusion, health & wellbeing, Employer Branding
Required Qualifications & Experience
Ideally, the WX Behavior Lead will have:
- A master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, Economics, Management/Business Administration, or similar)
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience from leading and driving some of the topics relevant to this role
- Project management skills and a get-things-done mindset
- Empathy and great stakeholder management skills
- Good communication skills in English and one of the Scandinavian languages (verbal and written)
