We are looking for a hands-on Operations Coordinator for our international Hull Cleaning services

ECOsubsea AS are seeking an Operations coordinator to assist and support the Operations manager, systemize and oversee daily activities and plan our operational services. The candidate will have an eye for optimizing productivity and logistics, be highly skilled in efficient planning and have good communication and cooperation within the operations manager and team.  

Objectives

• Planning daily operations
• Travel arrangements, accommodation for operations personnel
• Liaise with port agents for operational requirements
• Transport/shipping arrangements
• Link operations personnel and operations manager where necessary
• Assist Operations manager with day-to-day operations
• Monitor equipment and supplies levels  

Qualifications / skills

• Master / Bachelor`s degree or above in related studies or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
• Flexible and solution-oriented
• Ability to organize and follow up project staff and customers in a motivating, respectful and professional way
• Motivation to work in a fast changing environment, and deal with many daily challenges
• “Yes-person”
• Passion for environment, and green solutions
