It is located in Huitfeldts gate 28A. The apartment has 81 square meters with 2 bedrooms. I will be using one of them. It has a spacious living room, large kitchen and a large bathroom.
You have access to the kitchen if you want to cook here. The kitchen is shared, you can cook in the kitchen, as long as you clean up after yourself.
I am are very keen that the entire apartment is always tidy. I also live in the apartment and I appreciate that it is always kept clean.

I'm a 33 y.o Japanese-Argentinian Industrial Designer who's lived in various parts of Scandinavia, including Umeå, Stockholm, and Oslo. I'm a quiet and tidy person who enjoys keeping my apartment clean. I don’t smoke and don't have pets.
In my free time I enjoy hiking or hanging out with my friends.
I have been living in this apartment for a little less than 2 years. I was living with a friend but she's moving in with her boyfriend. Therefore, I am looking for a new flatmate :).
About the rent:
Short term rent. From 1st March to the end of June with a possibility of extension until end of August.
