Main Responsibilities:

• Lead sales and profitability improvements by implementing global pricing principles tailored to local markets.
• Coordinate and manage NRM projects across Orkla Health companies.
• Act as a forward-thinking advisor, identifying challenges and opportunities to enhance overall performance.
• Analyze results across key NRM levers: Brand Portfolio Pricing, Pack Price Architecture, Mix Management, Promotions Management, and Trade Spend.
• Conduct thorough analyses to identify improvement areas and recommend actionable solutions across the value chain.
• Continuously share and develop best practices for all NRM levers.
• Develop a three-year strategy and roadmap for NRM across the entire portfolio.
• Collaborate with Orkla's Centre of Excellence on Sales & NRM to implement best practices.

What We're Looking for

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG, consulting, or private equity. Preferably experience working in an international matrix organization
• Strong understanding of NRM levers with experience conducting in-depth analysis
• Proficiency in tools like AC Nielsen, SAP, Catman and others
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written), knowledge of Scandinavian languages is a plus
