These roles require a strong background in mechanics, advanced knowledge of materials, proficiency with measurement equipment, and hands-on experience balancing rotating parts. Your day as our Mechanical Technician ⚒️ 

• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble pumps, compressors, swivel systems, and other vital mechanical components with precision and expertise. 
• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical equipment, ensuring it meets technical specifications and company standards. 
• Collaborate with your team and other departments (electrical, hydraulic) to ensure smooth operations and swift task completion. 
• Technical documentation, help to create and review maintenance logs and inspection reports. 
• Bring fresh ideas to team meetings, actively suggesting ways to improve processes and increase efficiency. 
• Stay committed to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, addressing safety concerns and promoting a safe work environment. 
• Complete and submit HSE-required reports (safety checks, incident reports) to ensure compliance. 
• Mentor and guide less experienced team members, sharing your expertise and best practices. 

Who we're looking for 👀 

• A craft certificate/fagbrev in mechanical fields such as industrial mechanic, automotive mechanic, or similar is an advantage, relevant work experience can compensate. 
• A detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives on organization and takes initiative 
• Fluent in English and Norwegian (written and spoken). 
• Basic computer skills are required. 

Its a plus, not a requirement ✅ 

• Certified crane and forklift operator. 
• Experience with welding (T1-4 + G4 certification). 
• Flange work course/Flensekurs 
• Pressure testing course/Trykkekurs 
• Hot work course/ Varmtarbeidskurs 
• Familiarity with LEAN principles (e.g., 5S) is an advantage.
