As part of the Business Development team, you’ll work cross-functionally with talented colleagues across the organization, ensuring a dynamic and collaborative work environment.


Your key responsibilities will be: 

• Conduct in-depth business and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain economic valuations and financial models for existing operations, new ventures, and acquisition opportunities
• Support Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activities, including due diligence, financial assessments, and deal structuring
• Identify, assess, and pursue business development opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic objectives
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, foster innovation and lead multidisciplinary projects
• Evaluate energy transition opportunities in emerging markets, cutting-edge technologies, and strategic partnerships

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Candidates with a background in engineering, industrial economics, or other relevant technical disciplines combined with strong economic skills will also be considered
• Proven experience in business analysis, economic valuation, M&A, ideally within the oil and gas or energy sector
• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial modeling 
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, financial analysis platforms), with a meticulous focus on accuracy and attention to details
