As the Business Development & Sales Leader you will be part of the Scandinavian Management team responsible for making interventions smarter.

This role is Customer facing, with responsibility for winning business, leading the development of business plans for product lines and specific products.
As a Sales & Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implement the business development strategy to achieve growth and market objectives set for the product line
- Planning and implement effective BD, marketing and tender strategies and coordinate sales and marketing plans
- Managing sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally
- Building and maintaining positive relations with our customers and developing close relationships to maximize knowledge on upcoming opportunities
- Maintaining appropriate industry, technology, market, Service Partners, suppliers and competitors’ awareness and knowledge
- Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used
- Creating technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects involved in proposals
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Have significant experience in Sales with established project management skills
- Have experience of medium-sized sales, handling country or large territory proposals
- Have sound oral and written communication skills
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to lead, document, plan, market, and execute programs
