Are you our new Pricing Analyst?
Norwegian is looking for a Picing Analyst to join our team!
The Revenue Management team plays a critical role in maximizing ticket and ancillary revenue across Norwegian's entire route network. As a Pricing Analyst, you will be an integral part of this dynamic team, contributing directly to the company's success.
In this role, you will help prepare and maintain optimal fare structure and ancillary fees to maximize revenue. You have a clear understanding of the relationship between supply and demand, as well as prices and products. You will work closely with Revenue Analyst and Distribution teams, as well other internal stakeholders to find ways to drive and optimize total revenue.
This role is located at Fornebu and will report to Director of Pricing and Ancillary.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:
- University degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, or general business studies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Commercial and financial understanding
- Advanced MS Excel skills are essential
- Preferably with prior experience in the airline or travel industry, along with familiarity with GDSs, ATPCo, or other fare and ancillary-related tools
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Evaluate and Manage Pricing: Assist in the evaluation, preparation, and management of tactical and structural pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Monitor Competitor Activity: Conduct regular reviews and benchmark fares and ancillary fees to ensure competitive positioning.
- Coordinate Pricing Updates: Collaborate with Optimization and Distribution/Filing teams to update ticket fares and ancillary fees, including the implementation of new filings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments on pricing-related projects to enhance overall revenue performance.
- Conduct Impact Analysis: Analyze the effects of changes to ticket fares and ancillary fees, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to implement necessary follow-up actions.
- Identify Improvement Opportunities: Continuously assess and identify opportunities for process enhancements, better pricing outcomes, and more competitive price offerings.
