As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities. You will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions. The position can be based based Bergen or Stavanger.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will also be responsible for:
- Designing offshore cement jobs according to the changing needs and environments
- Planning, forecasting and program preparation for offshore cementing operations
- Designing and preparing slurries to suit the unique characteristics of the well
- Identifying the properties and accurate placement of slurries using relevant software
- Analysing and interpreting technical data to identify the correct location for placement of slurry
- Consulting with client engineers to plan standard and complex pressure pumping and cementing operations
- Performing detailed Cementing Job planning including pre-job planning, slurries design & running computer simulations
- Prepare and lead Integrated Pre-Well Planning Meetings with relevant stakeholders
- Contributing to drafting well and section specific detailed operating procedures, ensuring a risk-based approach to performance, best practices and equipment limitations
- Attending risk meetings with clients’ engineers, operations personnel, internal engineers and third parties.
- Collaborating with multi-product line discipline engineers (e.g., fluids, drilling, completions).
- Ensuring timely scheduling and delivery of equipment to and from offshore installations.
- Participate in continuous improvement tasks and actively propose solutions to internal and client challenges.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Demonstrate a track record in Cementing, pressure pumping and associated technology –in a field or onshore based role e.g. Onshore or Remote Operations, Application Engineer, Technical Support/analysis, Field engineer etc
- Know how to use and interpret cement placement software and understand temperature profiling for wells
- Have experience of cementing and pressure pumping holistically or by association having worked with casing accessories to understand the conditions for cementing
- Have an initiative-taking approach to upsell opportunities
- Be highly organised with finely tuned planning skills
- Work well under pressure with high attention to detail
- Have good customer facing skills
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Can manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Be successful at building relationships and collaborating to resolve problems.
