Card Specialist Authorization
As our authorization expert is going into retirement, we are now applying for his replacement. Together with our Authorization Lead you will be responsible for our authorization system and processes across our four markets. This includes all kinds of transactions, from physical purchases at store, online purchases, cash withdrawals and mobile payments.
Entercard is currently offering Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay and Swedbank Wallet as mobile payments options. This is in rapid development, and driving mobile payments further for Entercard will be one of the main tasks in this position.
Payment technology is diverse and in constant change. One of the main challenges is to create a better customer experience and a higher degree of security at the same time. New national and regional regulations also impact how technology is developed. As an authorization expert, you need to follow and act upon these changes.
The authorization process is as per defined one of Entercard’s critical processes. Millions of transactions are running through the systems each month, it is of utmost importance that all these transactions are responded correctly due to all compliance requirements and Entercard’s policies within a timely manner.
We are buying our authorization system “as a service”. Strong collaboration and cooperation with vendor will be of high importance for this position.
Your role at Entercard
In cooperation with Authorization Lead you will drive and develop our Authorization system based on business development, compliance requirements and incident handling. You will make sure we have a strong and stable environment to the benefit of our customers.
Your analytical skills and your ability to monitor and stay in control as authorization expert will be highly appreciated. You will integrate with other systems and suppliers, like networking companies, system suppliers and fraud risk management suppliers, and you will be a part of our proud and passionate Card & Statements Operations Team, handling operational responsibilities within our business. You will be located in one of our central offices in Oslo, Trondheim or Stockholm.
Your strengths
We believe that the right candidate has the following qualities;
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in card business with strong technical and functional expertise
- Good insight in SQL
- Ability to easily adopt to new technologies
- High workload capacity
- Passionate team member
- Should have an eye for minute details and their impact on the full picture
- Proficiency in English
