We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Operations Manager Norway. This is a pivotal position where you will manage critical customer relationships, ensure the seamless delivery of our services, and contribute to the continued growth of our business both domestically and internationally.

Why This Role is Significant
As the Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers throughout the contract lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include overseeing contract execution, managing our skilled drilling advisor team, and collaborating closely with our 24/7 customer support team. You will provide additional support where needed, at an engineering / product level, or addressing urgent challenges.

You will also play a key role in strengthening our customer success and satisfaction. Ensuring that our solutions deliver real value to our clients and maintaining exceptional customer relations will be central to your work.

In this role, you will collaborate with teams and clients globally. Sekal’s technology is already in use on rigs worldwide, and your efforts will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for excellence. From the North Sea to offshore operations globally, your impact will be felt across the industry.

What We Are Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:
 

• At least 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in drilling engineering and downhole technology.

• Comprehensive knowledge of operations on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and international drilling environments.

• A degree in a technical or business discipline is preferred, but demonstrated leadership and business acumen are essential.

• Exceptional communication skills and a strategic mindset, with a proven ability to deliver value to customers and foster long-term relationships.

• A proactive, results-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
