Digital Ecosystem Lead

Our new strategy enables a stepchange in digitalization. To strengthen our digital team in the Rogaland region we are now recruiting a Digital Lead to support export journey of Norwegian companies. 

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Digital Ecosystem Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing our digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration of our products and services across various platforms. You will play a critical role in developing our digital strategy, enhancing customer experience, and fostering partnerships to expand our ecosystem. This includes, among other things, facilitating digital membership through the development of a membership dashboard and updated AI tools.

The position will be reporting to Chief Digital Officer and will be located at our Stavanger office.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

Business Modelling and Development

• Develop and implement innovative business models to drive the adoption and sustainability of the digital ecosystem.                  
• Identify new opportunities for value creation within the ecosystem and design scalable solutions to meet industry needs.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to co-create governance models and ensure the platform aligns with market demands.

Project Management

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital ecosystem strategy aligned with business goals. The system will be designed to enhance interactions between Norwegian suppliers and international markets

Digital Transformation Support:

• Assist other departments in identifying and implementing digital tools to enhance their operations and achieve organizational goals.
• Collaborate with the Digital Transformation Lead to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives across the organization.

Technology Strategy and Implementation:

• Ensure the ecosystem leverages cutting-edge technology to provide a user-friendly and efficient platform for stakeholders

Required qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a closely related field. An advanced degree would be highly preferred.
• Proven experience in managing digital ecosystems, formulating digital strategies, or holding similar roles within the digital landscape.
• Proven track record in leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders, and a comprehensive understanding of digital platforms, APIs, and integration technologies is essential.
• The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary to build and maintain strategic partnerships effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Additionally, a thorough knowledge of industry trends and emerging digital technologies is crucial for this role.

You should also have solid analytical skills, an innovative mindset - and you are able to effectively communicate and engage stakeholders in a multi-faceted international landscape.
