YOUR ROLE
Capgemini Invent helps business leaders streamline and optimize their industrial value chains and operations through data-driven insights, design, and new technology. You will be part of a growing department and work with colleagues who share a passion and interest in solving our clients' most challenging problems in the heavy asset and advanced manufacturing space.

Our service deliveries cover the Industrial Strategy and Operations field, which involves using data and analytics for automation, more insight-driven and sustainable production, and asset management. Within these areas, we are currently seeking experienced resources who can further develop our professional depth of expertise.

IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL BE INSTRUMENTAL IN

• Sales and marketing activities towards new and existing customers
• Leading and/or be a central part of teams planning and delivering complex projects
• Together with the team, delivering tangible results with top management at our customers
• Working in line with Capgemini Invent's collaboration model, which ensures that we as consultants work as an integrated part of the customer's team and challenges, and that we together achieve lasting results
• Working with many of Norway's leading industrial production companies

YOUR PROFILE

• A master's degree with strong academic results in engineering, business or finance. Relevant other experience will be considered.
• Minimum 8 years of work experience in relevant areas such as industrial strategy, lean operations, optimization and digitization of production, and/or asset management on senior management level - experience with one or more of the following areas of expertise is particularly relevant: Industry 4.0, energy management, Smart Plant, Digital Twin and CO2 emission optimization, OT service management and similar.
• Management consulting experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. Similar experience in corporate management roles in industrial large companies is an advantage.
• Sector expertise in manufacturing, oil & gas, renewable energy, aquaculture, and/or industrial public sector is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to freely discuss strategic choice as well as technical and operational implications on efficiency and result.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build good interpersonal relationships and interact at C-level.
• Interest and good understanding of technology and data on industrial level.
• Experience in project management
• Structured and organized approach to tasks
• Eagerness to learn and grow quickly in the organization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Norwegian and English
