2 rooms (private living room and bedroom) with shared kitchen and bathroom 5 minutes from Ås stasjon

Rent includes electricity, internet and warm water. No extra costs. I'm doing a PhD and have to stay abroad for some research so I'm renting it out from 1 March to 29 May. Walking distance to Ås stasjon and close to NMBU - around 17 minutes by walking and 5 minutes on the bike.
Living room and bedroom are fully furnished with smart lights, large tv with chromecast, desk, bed and cupboard. You'll share the kitchen and bathroom with a guy doing his postdoc at NMBU.
Kitchen has a stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, electric kettle, all cooking utensils, cutlery and plates.
Bathroom with washing machine and heated floor.


Renting out to a single person. Pets not allowed. I can leave the monitor, coffee bar and plants for you to use if you want. It's possible to move the furniture upon request; feel free to let me know.
