Lead Electrical Engineer – Step into Project Leadership in Groundbreaking Energy Solutions

Job Description

• Lead and guide contractors and suppliers in electrical system implementation.
• Design and establish power distribution and transmission systems.
• Prepare technical specifications and tender documentation.
• Monitor and follow up on fabrication, testing, and installation activities.
• Oversee electrical packages and ensure project alignment.
• Manage modifications of control and protection systems.
• Lead discipline resources within the project.
• Maintain close collaboration with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution.

 

Qualification Requirements

• Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Power Engineering (Elkraftteknikk) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7-10 years’ relevant experience in the electrical engineering field.
• Previous project experience in an electrical lead position.
• Proven experience in electrical package follow-up and area design.
• Strong multi-discipline understanding and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards, rules, regulations.
• Excellent team collaboration skills.
• High ethical standards and adherence to the clients ethical requirements.
• Ability to manage a high workload and work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements.
