About The Position

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop world-class products for investigative interviewing and intelligence. You will contribute to product development, ensuring high value for customers and the company. Your role includes making key technical decisions and designing a flexible, future-proof architecture. You should have a broad understanding of high-performance, mission-critical solutions and experience working with diverse technologies and platforms. Alongside the team, you will uphold quality assurance standards. This role reports directly to the CTO.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality software products in collaboration with your team.
• Make technical and architectural decisions with a long-term perspective.
• Ensure quality assurance, with opportunities to take a leading role in this area.
• Work across multiple platforms, including mobile development.
• Advocate for continuous improvement and best practices.
• Deliver technical excellence and customer value in all aspects of your work.

• Broad engineering expertise across the full development stack, designing a well-architected, highly integratable platform for diverse clients.
• Experience leading quality assurance and test automation efforts within a team.
• Mobile client development experience, both native and multi-platform—iOS experience preferred.
• Passion for quality and continuous delivery.
• Embraces a “fail fast, learn fast” mindset.
• Committed to professional and personal growth.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required—we value skills and experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Clean criminal record required.
