Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and be the owner of comprehensive L&D programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and tailor initiatives accordingly.
- Oversee our Learning Management System (LMS), evaluating needs and potential system upgrades.
- Design and deliver engaging leadership development programs to empower managers and future leaders.
- Collaborate closely with HR Directors and the Chief People Officer (CPO) to support leadership and cultural alignment.
- Drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, and integrate DE&I perspectives into HR processes and the company culture.
- Be the owner of Orkla Health value platform and drive initiatives alignments with these values
- Foster a culture of learning, engagement, and continuous improvement.
What We are Looking For:
We seek a motivated and strategic L&D professional who thrives in an evolving environment, with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Leadership, HR, or Pedagogy.
- 6-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, organizational development, or HR leadership roles.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing and delivering L&D programs and managing LMS platforms.
- Expertise in DE&I strategies and cultural transformation initiatives.
- Ability to lead multiple projects, analyze data-driven insights, and measure impact.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Preferably experience from working in international and cross-functional environments.
- Fluency in English and Norwegian (both written and spoken).
