Our international team focuses passionately on major maritime renewable projects. We support our public and private sector clients in projects management, technical and business consultancy, throughout the renewable supply chain, across 6 offices: Bergen, Oslo, Esbjerg, Hamburg, Sydney and The Hague.

POSITION 1:

As an Offshore Wind: Senior Project Engineer T&I, you will:

• Provide technical advisory and project support to our clients in international projects.
• Prepare tender documents, conduct bid evaluation and participate in negotiations.
• Assist with the development of business cases, financial models, and schedules to support investment decisions.
• Review transport and installation concepts.
• Conduct market and industry research to stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in the offshore grid market.
• Participate in the preparation of proposals to potential clients and partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, regulators, and industry partners.
• Write high quality studies and reports for internal and external audiences.

Your background: / Qualifications: 

• Masters or Diploma degree(s) in Engineering, such as but not limited to:

- Offshore Engineering

- Electrical Engineering 

- Renewable Energies 

• Preferably with professional experience, such as:

- Offshore installation

- Heavy lifting / heavy transport 

• Self-propelled and motivated to take over responsibility on complex projects.
• Team player.
• High level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience with project management processes.
• Experience in Consulting is of advantage.

POSITION 2:

As an Offshore Renewables: Senior Consultant, you will:

• Plan, execute, and complete renewable energy projects, ensuring they meet technical and commercial objectives.
• Provide specialized technical advice on the design, construction, and operation of offshore wind farms and other renewable energy projects.
• Provide specialised financial and commercial consulting of renewable energy projects, including market analysis, tender preparation, contract negotiation, and project financing.

Your desired background / qualifications: 

• Masters or Diploma degree(s) or higher in either Commercial or Engineering subjects.
• At least 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, specifically in offshore wind projects.
• Proven track record in consulting, project management, and commercial roles.
• Project management expertise with ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Analytical skills with proficiency in assessing and evaluating renewable energy projects.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, cost-benefit analysis, and budgeting.
• Project financing: Knowledge of financing mechanisms, including debt and equity financing.
• Self-propelled and motivated to take over responsibility on complex projects.
• Team player.
• High level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
