Job Description

• Establish maintenance and reliability philosophies, including spare part management, operation, and more.
• Perform RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) analysis, including technical tag hierarchy, consequence classification, and FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis).
• Conduct RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) analysis.
• Estimate Preventive Maintenance hours.
• Develop and maintain Preventive Maintenance programs.
• Collaborate proactively with other disciplines to integrate RAM/RCM into the design process.
• Advise on condition monitoring based on FMECA/RAM analysis.
• Evaluate spare parts and contribute to SPIR (Spare Part Identification Request) lists.

 

Qualification Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Required Work Experience:

• Proven experience with RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) analysis.
• Hands-on experience in performing Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
• Familiarity with FMECA (Failure Modes and Effects Criticality Analysis).
• Expertise in Maintenance Programs, including Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM).
• Experience working with spare parts and SPIR lists.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and operations.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to work independently and with thoroughness, as well as collaborate as part of a team.
• A good understanding of multidisciplinary aspects of the work.
• High level of commitment to deadlines and quality standards.
• Proactive approach, open to seeking advice, and sharing knowledge with others.
• Knowledge of Norwegian would be advantageous.
