Shape the Future of HR at ENRX as an HRBP
At ENRX, we are building a strong, integrated HR function that aligns with our business strategy to create a thriving, people-first culture. As one of our colleagues are going into another role, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive local HR operations while ensuring alignment with global policies and best practices. This role will be based in Norway, with a strong focus on partnering with leadership teams in both Norway and Romania. The HRBP will play a key role in workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, and change management while ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional who thrives in a global environment and has a deep understanding of labor relations and organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams in Norway and the country lead in Romania, implement HR strategies and align with business objectives.
- Ensure local HR initiatives align with ENRX’s global HR framework, contributing to the company’s long-term success.
- Drive workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design, aligned with global policies and guidelines.
2. Employee Relations & Union Management:
- Support and coach leaders with handling employee relations matters with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with unions in Norway and work councils in Romania, ensuring compliance with collective agreements and fostering constructive dialogue.
- Partner with leadership in handling union negotiations, grievances, and labor-related matters.
3. Compliance & Legal Expertise:
- Ensure compliance with Norwegian and Romanian labor laws, including regulations related to working environment committees (AMU in Norway).
- Represent HR in the AMU and AU meetings in Norway
4. Talent Management:
- Partner with managers to identify talent gaps, training needs, and implement development programs.
- Support global recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Support global performance management strategies to build a strong culture of performance.
- Implement global framework and drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives to cultivate future leaders.
5. Change Management:
- Lead HR initiatives that support organizational changes, policy implementations, business growth, and cultural evolution.
- Act as a change agent, facilitating smooth transitions during organizational changes or other business transformations.
6. HR Operations:
- Collaborate with payroll and administration and take responsibility to secure an efficient execution of operational tasks
- Partner with global HR leadership to streamline processes, drive efficiencies, and enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of HR generalist or business partner experience, ideally in an international and unionized environment.
- Strong knowledge of Norwegian labor laws, including working with unions.
- Proven track record in employee relations, talent development, and HR project implementation.
- Ability to work on-site in Skien, but flexibility can be agreed if commuting is needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures.
- Proficiency in English and Norwegian is required. Knowledge of Romanian language is an advantage.
