Logistics Coordinator in Arendal

Your Main tasks will be:

• Manage and coordinate collaboration within the delivery team.
• Plan and customize customer product orders and requirements
• Oversee all shipping and logistics bookings with our shipping company.
• Logistics and customs research planning.
• Run and approve quality checks on all products before shipping.
• Work closely with our manufacturing facility on product inventory and quality.
• Standard working hours are 08:00 – 16:00; however, flexible working hours may sometimes be required to cover additional working time zones.
• Updating technical repository for customizing products

Your profile:

• Task and Flow Management software experience is required
• Knowledge of version control systems, such as GIT is an advantage but not a requirement
• Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Good communication skills internally and externally
• Technically minded with general software knowledge of JSON/ Linux would be an advantage but not a requirement
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and technical acumen.
• Basic electronics knowledge to understand the workings of the Sharebox products
• Able to handle a changeable working environment
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and internal sales support.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken). German language proficiency is an advantage (written and spoken) but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in business, logistics, supply chain management, or relevant work experience to compensate.
• Understanding of both warehouse and transportation management
• Experience in adaptive task management
• Experience in project delivery.
• Design and Creative software experience is an advantage.
• Technically minded with basic Linux and GIT is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience with Hubspot or other sales tools is an advantage but not mandatory.
