The Service Architecture Lead is responsible for defining and maintaining the service and product architecture for Nordic Managed Services. The architecture for services must account for the service platform, with the intention of automating operational tasks and addressing customer needs as much as possible. This role requires a visionary leader who can design scalable, reliable, and high-performance service architectures. Additionally, the role extends to providing low-level design architecture support for customer opportunities and projects.

What you will be doing:
- Lead the team by managing short-term daily activities and long-term target setting, as well as development plans and team competence building.
- Conduct performance management and support personal and team development.
- Architecture Design and Development: Responsible for leading the technical design and development of service architectures that support business goals.
- Accountable for defining architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Liaise with product management to support the team with a best-in-class industry roadmap that aligns with market and customer expectations.
- Automation: Support operational efficiency by creating architectures that enable automation across services and the service platform.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the Product department, Service Platform, Network Automation, and Sales teams, and engage with customers in strategic cases.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Architecture Lead with a strong technical background and proven leadership skills to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience, along with relevant training and certifications in Service Architecture from leading vendors like Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco, Netskope, and Cato.
You should have a proven track record of leading, motivating, and coaching teams, as well as excellent problem management skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues, make decisions, and drive team solutions.
Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, especially in high-pressure customer-facing situations.
Additionally, you should bring a solid understanding of service architectures, analytical thinking, and the ability to create executive summaries and reports. Experience in career path management for technical organizations is also required.
You should be comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment and have a keen market understanding of networking and security solutions, with the technical vision to support product roadmaps and excel in the markets we serve.
