Completely refurbished and restored with original packaging.

UK/European model - 220-240V.

Complete with all original accessories, cables and documentation.

Refurbished with new capacitors on the analog board AND logic board.

This is a complete Macintosh Classic II with documentation and bundled accessories including boxed Microphone (unused), Apple Keyboard II and Apple Mouse, user guides, and more.

This example has been completely refurbished by a Macintosh collector, and is now in working order as it would've been as it left the factory (perhaps even better).

Hard drive (SCSI2SD conversion).

The original SCSI hard drive has been replaced with a SCSI2SD adapter - meaning this 28 year old computer is running off an SD card formatted as a 2GB HFS volume with System 7.1.

Analog board

All capacitors on the analog board were replaced with high quality, high temperature rating Nichicon, Panasonic and Rubycon electrolytic capacitors.

The computer powers on every time, and the CRT display is bright and sharp as it should be.

The analog board is the Europe/International version for 220-240V mains.

Logic board

The logic board was thoroughly cleaned with isopropyl alcohol.

The logic board was recapped using tantalum capacitors.

PRAM battery - This has been removed and WILL NOT be included, it is up to the buyer to provide their own.

CRT

The CRT is bright, stable and sharp, with no visible issues except a minor distortion in the upper right-hand corner of the picture.

There is no visible burn-in on this example.

Sound

Sound works as it should, outputting the lovely start-up chime when you power the Classic II on.

Case

The case is in its original condition, slightly yellowed in places but overall good with minimal marks. The case has not been retrobrighted - it has been left untouched.

The rear cover for the CRT display controls was retrobrighted, so it is less yellow than the rest of the case.

Floppy Drive

The floppy drive was disassembled and re-lubricated. It has been tested with several disks, which read and eject OK.

Memory

This Classic II is equipped with 10MB RAM (max).
