We are now looking for a Sales Manager to drive market growth in Norway, Sweden, and Finland—an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on meeting customers and creating new business opportunities.
About the Role
As our Sales Manager, you will be the face of Sæplast in your region, spending most of your time on the road, meeting clients, and identifying new opportunities. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and build strong, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while managing sales, orders, and daily communication.
- Drive market expansion through strategic sales efforts, trade shows, and new business opportunities.
- Represent Sæplast at industry events and promote both our product range and iTUB rental solutions to customers.
- Contribute to product development based on customer needs and market insights.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction with outstanding service.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Proven track record in international sales and marketing, preferably within the food or seafood industries.
- Degree in business or related field; relevant sales experience may compensate.
- Strong communicator and negotiator, skilled in building relationships and driving sales growth.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated and independent, yet collaborative with colleagues.
- Enjoys being on the move, with a flexible approach to travel and a willingness to meet customers where they are.
