We’re subletting furnished one-bedroom in our lovely two-bedroom apartment in Eidsvåg for a short lease of 3-7 months starting from March 1. The bedroom is 16 m2 and the apartment is 100 m2. Apartment has spacious living and dining rooms, kitchen and a terrace with a view facing North (chance of seeing Northern Lights ✨). It’s 15-20 minutes bus drive to city centrum. The neighborhood is full of hiking and running trails. NHH, IKEA and other shopping malls of Åsane are 10 minutes away. Electricity costs will be between 400-800 NOK depending on the month.
During this time I’ll be away due to the work commitments. My flatmate will be staying there. Her name is Mona, she’s 30 years old, works in the centrum, very social, in her free time goes hiking, does yoga and other activities.
The potential tenant is preferably in their mid-twenties to thirties with the full-time job :)
