Job Description

• Plan and execute EPCI projects from concept through to delivery.
• Develop project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) based on the project execution philosophy.
• Establish and maintain project network schedules using Safran planning tools.
• Ensure effective communication across all phases of the project.
• Manage change requests and monitor the project’s critical path closely.
• Maintain and track manpower projection plans.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.

 

Qualification Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of planning experience in the oil & gas industry (both brownfield and greenfield projects).
• At least 3-5 years of experience using Safran planning tools.
• Knowledge of PEM and IFS ERP systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in both Norwegian and English, spoken and written.
• Proactive team player with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
