We are looking for a dedicated QHSE Responsible to take charge of our safety culture and ensure compliance with industry standards. In this role, you will be a key player in fostering a safe and efficient work environment, proactively identifying risks, and implementing best practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall responsibilities for QHSE in Izomax.
- Responsible for execution and follow-up of audits both internally and externally.
- Responsible for NCR`s
- Follow-up and update Izomax QHSE system, documents, and deviations.
- Root Cause analyses of NCR`s and QHSE events.
- Lead Risk analyses needed in projects.
- Follow-up training requirements for employees and leaders.
- Be a positive contributor for a positive HSE culture for the organization.
- Follow up and vendor registration according to requirements.
- Responsible for HSE yearly focus areas.
- Document control
- Quality control
- Close out of projects
- Operational focus and support.
- Responsible for pre-ops before every operation – lead these and focus on special considerations.
- General administrative tasks.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a positive, detail-oriented, and efficient individual who prioritizes quality, health, safety, and the environment in their work. You are structured, meticulous, and thrive both independently and as part of a team. As our only QHSE responsible, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with our procedures and standards while driving continuous improvement within our company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree - relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal degree.
- Relevant experience form QHSE related work
- Technical experience
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001 standards and implementation in quality management systems
- Professional English language
- Knowledge of PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) 2014/68/EU and its application in pressure equipment design and compliance
- Familiarity with ASME Codes & Standards, including relevance to pressure vessel and piping systems
- Understanding of API and NACE Standards, particularly in relation to material selection and corrosion management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or equivalent experience in auditing quality systems
- Certification as an EN 13445 Inspector or Auditor, with experience in the design, construction, and testing of unfired pressure vessels
