ABOUT YOU

• You thrive in hands-on environments working alongside great teams of dedicated technicians.
• You have experience as a technician, mechanic, or similar role
• Organized and systematic approach to work
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in the workshop

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and testing of equipment
• Keep the workshop tidy and organized
• Have good business acumen and delivery focused
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow
• Follow safety procedures and maintain high standards
• Full responsibility for building and maintaining an AOGV to ensure optimal functionality and reliability

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS

• Certificate of apprenticeship in industrial mechanical, agricultural engineering or equivalent is preferred
• Experience with pressurized systems and/or piping is preferred
• Fluent in Norwegian and English

• Reporting to Workshop Manager
