Team Leader, Project Support

GCS Thrusters Projects is a department in Global Customer Support, Propulsion and Handling, handling projects that have been sold through our sales department or upon request from our customers.

As a Team Leader Project Support for GCS Thrusters in Ulsteinvik you will play an important role ensuring customers inquiries are met. You will lead by example, fostering a collaborative culture and delivering outstanding customer care.

What you will be doing

• Lead and manage the Project Support Team, ensuring skills development and motivation
• Coordinate and manage across the Service Delivery organization on projects
• Support project managers, so they can deliver their projects according to Kongsberg standards.
• Plan and execute commissioning and warranty jobs
• Provide guidance and support to your team, helping them reach their full potential
• Contribute to continuous improvements culture

We think you should have

• Bachelor degree, relevant experience can substitute this
• Experience from marine industry is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Norwegian, both verbal and in writing
