Senior Estimator

Duties and responsibilities

• Deliver cost estimate as input to tenders or projects in various industries, phases, categories and classes
  
• Collaborate closely with other project disciplines to ensure quality in input for calculations and estimate
  
• Contribute to improvements of estimation methods based on industry standards, norms and regulations, and ensure proper experience transfer and data for benchmarking
  
• Assist in tenders/project/portfolio with tasks such as
  
  • change management,
    
  • risk assessment,
    
  • cost estimating for forecasting and reporting,

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in Technical and/or commercial disciplines
  
• Long relevant experience and/or additional education can compensate for a lack of relevant formal education
  
• Min. 5 years’ relevant experience from the industry (brownfield/greenfield)
  
• Cost estimation experience from Norwegian and international field developments is an advantage
  
• Knowledge of PEM and IFS is an advantage
  
• Proactive team player with analytic skills
  
• Multidisciplinary understanding
  
• Excellent Excel skills
  
• Proficient in English and Norwegian, both orally and written
