As a Senior Industrial Designer for Packaging, you will be responsible for creating world-class packaging designs for our products with a global reach. You will drive the design process for all our products, ensuring the user perspective with relevant disciplines and stakeholders. In this role, you will be part of our strong and connected design team, standing firm for quality design decisions throughout concept development, industrialization and production.

• Develop packaging designs for all reMarkable products, focusing on innovation and functionality.

• Explore new packaging ideas, materials, and concepts, creating mock-ups and prototypes.

• Create detailed specification files, CAD underlays, and production specifications for manufacturing.

• Ensure manufacturability of designs and manage the follow-up process with manufacturers.

• Lead sustainability efforts in packaging development and proactively align packaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial design, preferably with packaging design for consumer goods.

• Bachelor- or Masters degree in industrial design.

• Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes, with a focus on packaging.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and experience with Photoshop for design and visualization.

• High level of proficiency in developing CAD models, preferably using SolidWorks, and creating mock-ups and prototypes.

• Hands-on experience with 3D printing for prototype development and testing.
