As Managing Director, you will have overall responsibility for the company’s commercial, strategic, and operational success, working closely with the board, key stakeholders within the Visma Group, and the leadership team. You will lead a highly skilled and engaged team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a strong customer focus while ensuring long-term business growth.
We are looking for a results-driven leader with a solid background in scaling organizations, experience from the software industry, and a strong understanding of SaaS solutions. You have worked with large enterprise customers across various industries, possess a strong commercial mindset, and understand how to drive business growth through strategic and customer-centric initiatives. With an empowering leadership style, you excel at building strong relationships, driving alignment, and creating a culture where people thrive.
