Training Developer / Instructional Designer

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for Training Developer / Instructional Designer

Job Description:

• Preparation of training plans and concepts together with the training team
• Development of eLearning courses; documentation and visual content development (photo and video editing, preferably Adobe Creative Suite). The client is using Articulate Rise 360 for development of eLearning
• Preparation of training documentation and handling the approval process with the customer
• Conducting training courses
• Support in preparation of training plans and concepts together with the training team
• Adherence to the requirements of quality management (QM), configuration management (CM) and documentation management (DM) within the Training field

• More than three years of experience with training development
• Good knowledge of state-of-the-art training methods, both for classroom training and web-based training/eLearning
• Documented teaching skills. Experience can make up for lack of formal education.
