Are you a Mechanical Engineer with a passion for precision, problem-solving, and package responsibility? We're looking for a Package Responsible Engineer (PRE) to play a crucial role in studies and execution projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and have experience with Equinor technical requirements, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Take ownership as PRE in studies and execution projects.
- Develop technical requisitions and evaluate vendor bids.
- Manage package follow-up and oversee equipment overhauls with manufacturers.
- Conduct inspections and FAT to ensure top-quality performance.
- Provide input to Work Packages and collaborate across disciplines.
What You Bring to the Table:
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- Technical college or equivalent may be considered.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Package Responsible Engineer (PRE).
- Strong understanding of Equinor technical requirements.
Skills & Qualities:
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong multidisciplinary and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus).
- Systematic, detail-oriented, and committed to quality & deadlines.
- Proactive, creative, and solution-driven.
