Forsyningsbase Florø (FBF) er en del av EPN felles driftstøtte (JOS) og tilhører Logistikk og Beredskap (LE). LE har ansvar for å omsette installasjonenes behov til konkrete planer for effektiv utnyttelse av ressurser knyttet til fartøy, lufttransport, beredskap, baseoperasjoner og OCTG.

Forsyningsbase Florø har, i tillegg til Basedrift funksjoner, et Logistikksenter for OCTG. Vi er ett kompetansesenter innen OCTG aktivitet, med styring og koordinering av hele verdistrømmen på tvers av alle forsyningsbasene langs kysten. Dette omhandler alt fra innmeldt behov til planlegging av utgående OCTG pakker, Returmateriell, optimalisering av lager for pågående og kommende aktiviteter på norsk sokkel. Senteret skal ved sin funksjon skape betydelige besparelser innen OCTG- logistikk og være en pådriver for forbedringer innen SSU, digitalisering og OCTG prosesser.

Forbedringsarbeid sammen med våre leverandører er sentralt for å kunne levere sikre og effektive operasjoner fra basen til våre kunder offshore.

Logistikksenter OCTG søker nå etter to Planlegger til OCTG teamet. I rollen som planlegger vil du jobbe med å ivareta operasjonelle grensesnitt, planlegging av OCTG pakker, bidra til å videreutvikle våre arbeidsprosesser og sikre god samhandling med våre leverandører.

What will my tasks be?

Within this position, your key tasks will be to:

• Planlegge OCTG arbeidspakker(utgående/retur).
• Følge opp registrering i Synergi og QM (SSU).
• Delta aktivt i forbedringsarbeid i avdelingen.
• Delta i forenkling av arbeidsprosesser iht. LEAN-prinsipper og C&L modell.
• Følge opp og være tett på relevante leverandører.
• Monitorering og videreutvikling av KPI.
• Bistå på tvers av OCTG avdelingen ved behov.

• Minimum Bachelorgrad knyttet til økonomi, logistikk eller annan relevant fagområde.
• Minimum 5 års relevant erfaring innen logistikk mot olje- og gassindustrien.
• Erfaring med å ta initiativ til forbedringer, arbeide med høy integritet og trives i et hektisk arbeidsmiljø.
• Tidligere vist god samarbeidsvilje og sterke kommunikasjonsevner for å bidra til et positivt arbeidsmiljø.
• Evne til å etterleve "Jeg er sikkerhet" ved å sette helse, miljø og sikkerhet først i alt, med god risikoforståelse og en helhetlig tilnærming.
• Gode språkkunnskaper i engelsk og norsk, både skriftlig og muntlig.
