Job Description:

• The core project team will consist of resources with a mix of competence within Engineering and LCI
• Project execution will be performed through a workshop-based and collaborative approach – including system vendor representatives
• Administrative/ facilitator support assigned to the project to ensure progress and working capacity in between collaborative sessions
• Manage LCI in Projects
• Manage Engineering Queries
• Plan and Execute Simplified Modification
• Handle Change in Life Cycle Information (LCI) for Maintenance
• Request and Inspect Temporary Equipment
• Use Temporary Equipment
• Perform HAZOP LOPA
• Review and Update Quantitative Risk Assessment
• Perform Barrier Mapping
• Handle and Close-out Safety Findings
• Perform Prior and Final Notification of Electrical Installation Work
• Establish and Maintain Technical Requirements
• Perform Functional Safety Assessment
• Perform Ignition Source Control

• As a discipline/ project representative, prior experience and knowledge of current Client processes and ways of working is a pre-requisite
• We are looking for resources who are proactive and enthusiastic about driving digitalization – having the courage to suggest and promote innovative ideas. Ideal candidates are curious and have a desire to exploring new ways of working
• The selected representatives must have sufficient capacity for the project. In the initial months, an allocation of approximately 60-70% is expected, with the first weeks requiring up to 100% dedication for training and system onboarding.
• Act as a liaison from their own disciplines, communicating back to their own discipline, iterating and verifying proposals, getting confirmation of decisions etc.
