17.5m square room available in collective with three other roommates. Location is excellent, with apartment located at the bottom of Markveien. Very quick to Oslo centre and with good connections to 12, 15, 17, and 18 tram. Access to courtyard garden and close to Extra, Rema 1000, and Kiwi supermarkets.

8200nok for the room + 500nok for electricity. The electricity agreement is currently handled by the building manager and is corrected every quarter, usually meaning a small discount on rent in the summer quarters and an extra bill sometimes in the winter. Internet is not included but is about 80nok a month split between tenants.

Move in date March 1st but possible to move in faster on arrangement.

Best suited for someone quiet and work/school focused. The collective would prefer someone 30+. Generally we don’t socialise much at home, just say hi and be polite to each other but it is not an intimate collective. We are in the process of having one roommate removed after problems with cleaning, clutter in the apartment, and disruptive behaviour and its really important to the roommates who will stay that new tenant is someone quiet who is going to take care of their own dishes and be considerate in the space.

The two roommates staying are both mid 30s women from Portugal.

The room is unfurnished, as is the apartment in general, but there will be a washing machine in place by the time you move in. There is space for a couch, dining table, or similar in the common room if you need to move with furniture.
