Join our Crewing Team in Bergen – We’re looking for a Crew Superintendent!

Wilson is looking for a dedicated and experienced Crew Superintendent to oversee the daily operations of our Crewing Department. This key role ensures our vessels are manned with competent and compliant crew members, in line with our core values: Trustworthy, Competitive, and Safe.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily crewing operations and coordinate with external crewing agents and Wilson’s crewing offices.
• Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and processes, as well as international maritime regulations.
• Promote and uphold Wilson’s safety culture across all crew-related activities.
• Handle unexpected manning issues in the event of sickness, etc.
• Maintain effective recruitment, manning and retention processes.

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge of, and experience in crewing operations and/or a maritime education background.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• High flexibility and availability, including responsiveness to urgent matters.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a dynamic team environment.
