At the heart of this groundbreaking transformation, we’re searching for a talented Test Engineer to join our dynamic R&D Testing team, who plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless performance of our systems, which integrate firmware, software, mechanical, interfacing, electrical, and radio components.

As a Test Engineer, you will be a key player in the product development process, acting as an ambassador for exceptional quality and ensuring our products meet the highest standards before they hit the market. This hands-on role will immerse you in system testing, offering diverse and exciting tasks—whether at your office desk or in the test lab.

Key Task and Responsibilities: 

• Plan, prepare, and execute comprehensive tests for AutoStore modules (robots, ports, software, and sub-components) in collaboration with product developers, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and implement automated and manual testing procedures, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products from A-Z.
• Troubleshoot system issues, follow up on errors, and support error correction as an integral part of the development process.
• Provide a customer-focused perspective by gaining a comprehensive understanding of our products and their real-world applications.
• Contribute to the interdisciplinary testing process, including test methodology development, equipment preparation, and the evaluation of products and solutions.

We’re seeking candidates with: 

• Solid experience in testing and troubleshooting, with ideally 3+ years of relevant work experience combined with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education in a related field.
• Proficiency in using software and tools to analyse product functionality, along with familiarity in test administration tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, Confluence).
• Skilled in both Norwegian and English, written and verbal.
• A curious and creative mindset with a willingness to learn, paired with initiative, analytical thinking, and a solution-oriented approach.
