Netlight Oslo is expanding, and we're looking for two new colleagues to join our recruitment team! We're seeking someone eager to work with proactive recruitment and enjoy building relationships in a fast-paced and competitive IT market. With us, you’ll have the freedom to shape your own candidate portfolio and manage recruitment processes from start to finish. Our consultants are recognized as some of the strongest in the industry, setting high standards for the work our recruitment team delivers. We are focusing on exceptional talent management and ensure excellence at every step of the process.

Who are you?

Requirements:

• Graduate in 2024 or 2025
• Master's degree
• Verbal and written fluency in Norwegian and English.
• Experience in relevant areas to the role, eg. cold calling, headhunting, recruitment, sales or project management
• Research work with the aim of finding people, companies, or information, e.g., prospecting, candidate search, journalism, or school assignment
• Multitasking and coordination in a dynamic environment.
• Experience from a student organization, leadership role or similar is an advantage.

About the role:

In the first year, your responsibilities will include:

• Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and other networks
• Proactive recruitment and interview scheduling
• Conducting interviews and managing full recruitment processes
• Employer branding: engaging with universities, organizing events, attending career fairs, and creating branding materials
• Being a visible and trusted network builder for our consultants at Netlight

Over time, you will also have the opportunity to work with:

• Onboarding of new employees
• Leading projects within recruitment, employer branding, and talent management
• Coaching, mentoring and team leadership
