As Project Coordinator you will be responsible for Project Management/ Planning/Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Providing requirements across the functions to plan and monitor activities to support and execute effectively.
• Taking ownership of all Coordinator activities within Project execution to ensure our products and services meet business and customer requirements.
• Handling diverse clients in a region. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.
• Sharing clarity of all required scope and deliverables.
• Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
• Being compliant and aligned with competency, training, and capacity to meet business and customer requirements.
• Working together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have proven experience in Project execution.
• Be able to demonstrate proven experience in Services Project Management.
• Have an understanding of Surface Pressure Control.
• Show experience of collaboration and motivating teams within an operational and matrix environment.
• Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Have excellent written, reporting and presentation skills.
