We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Haugesund, Stavanger, Bergen or Oslo.

You will be a part of a team of 20 talented Project Managers working with projects in the North Sea and report to the Projects and Operations Manager IMR & Survey.

Duties and responsibilities

• Deliver successful projects on budget
• Lead and motivate the team to ensure that projects are delivered safely without injury to personnel or damage to equipment
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the right team is set up for the project
• Maintain and control Risk and Opportunity to ensure that risks are mitigated, and opportunities are identified and achieved
• Take active responsibility for project HSEQS performance and focus on improving HSEQS within projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering subject
• Minimum 8 -10 years relevant experience within survey preferably from North Sea Operations
• Demonstrated track record of developing and maintaining trusted client relationships.
• Fluent Norwegian (preferably) and English
