Senior Planner

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Planner to lead our talented team!

Duties and responsibilities

• Planning and execution of EPCI projects; from concept to delivery
  
• Develop project WBS based on project execution philosophy
  
• Establish and maintain project networks schedules, including manpower planning, reporting and visualize planning data & schedules – Using Safran as a main planning tool
  
• Ensure effective communication across the project phases
  
• Change Management and close monitoring of project critical path
  
• Maintain and follow up manpower projection plan
  
• Responsible for Baseline revisions

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
  
• 3-5 years’ planning experience from the industry (brownfield/greenfield)
  
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in SAFRAN planning tool
  
• Knowledge of PEM and IFS is an advantage but not a requirement
  
• Proficient in English and Norwegian, both orally and written
  
• Proactive team player with analytic skills
