Currently we are looking to strengthen our Tugs team with a highly motivated Chartering and Operations Manager. This position involves both responsibility for communication with clients, combined with knowledge of maritime operations, within our tugs fleet department.

Key Responsibilities for position

• Manage and optimize operational performance in line with regulations and costumer requirements
• Follow up on frame agreements and customer relationships
• Promote BOA’s salvage capabilities, fleet and services
• Identify new business opportunities within the tug and salvage segment
• Serve as Project Manager for vessel and barge contracts
•  Ensure operations meet regulatory and contractual obligations
• Manage operational contract for the tug fleet
• Some travel can be expected in this role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of English
