We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Workplace Manager to join our team at Orkla Health. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of our workplace, ensuring that our employees have access to the tools and technologies they need to work efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations, to implement and manage digital workplace solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and employee engagement. In this key role, you will report to our Chief Information Officer and be a part of a growing international IT team and network consisting of IT and business professionals.
Key responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of digital workplace strategies and initiatives.

Manage and optimize digital workplace tools and platforms, including Microsoft 365, Copilot and other Gen AI-tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the central Orkla IT-organization, to identify and address digital workplace needs and opportunities.

Provide strategic advice and support to business units on digital workplace solutions.

Ensure the effective adoption and utilization of digital workplace tools across the organization.

Coordinate local IT resources and initiatives.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital workplace management.
Your background and skills
-
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital workplace management or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of digital workplace tools and technologies, including Microsoft 365 and Copilot.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A Orkla Health office, preferably in Oslo or Stockholm.
