Technical Document Controller

An exciting opportunity awaits you as Technical Document Controller. In this role, you will join our dynamic document centre team in Brattvåg, delivering and handling important documentation and support for our projects and business.

We are looking for an individual who approaches tasks systematically and with a structured mindset, someone who values precision and accuracy.

This is a temporary role with engagement until the end of 2025 but with the possibility to convert to a permanent position for the right candidate.

What you will be doing

• Produce user and installation manuals according to contract specifications for internal or external customers, both in digital formats and physical printed copies
• Produce document packages for procurement, production and external supply chain
• Handling scanning, printing, archiving, and producing various documents for project packages
• Use our document handling software and routines to maintain control of project documentation. Archive files, send documentation to customers, and maintain control of received documents
• Handle technical documentation received from suppliers, quality check of documents received, and structured handling and archiving of the documents

We think you should have

• Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken
• Experience in use of digital tools, document handling software, Microsoft Office, PDF editing software
• Relevant education or experience in technical document handling is an advantage
• Experience working in ERP systems is an advantage

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
