Apartment for rent in Grunerløkka (Markveien)

Hi, I'm moving out of my one bedroom apartment in the heart of Grünerløkka (Markveien). On behalf of my landlord, I'm looking for a new tenant per March. The apartment is about 70 square meter (something like that) and comes unfurnished. It includes a balcony with lots of sun in the summer, fridge, washing machine, and plenty of storage space in the attic and in the basement. The rent is 15.000 NOK per month, excluding electricity (roughly 500 NOK per month) while water and internet are included. Deposit is 30.000 NOK. No pets allowed. I'm moving out on March 1st, so I’m looking for someone who can take over quickly. The lease is for at least one year, and the landlord prefers a quiet, responsible tenant. Photos attached.
