Join our team as a Purchaser

We are looking to strengthen our team by hiring two new Purchasers to support our

procurement operations.

As a Purchaser focusing on operational procurement, you will be responsible for the daily

purchasing of goods and services, ensuring cost efficiency and maintaining effective

communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders. This role is crucial in securing a

smooth and efficient supply chain while contributing to the company’s overall procurement

strategy.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Conduct operational procurement based on the company’s needs and requirements
• Evaluating and negotiating with suppliers to secure favorable terms
• Ensuring timely deliveries in accordance with agreements
• Managing order processing, invoice control, and follow-ups
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and routines
• Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure an optimal flow of goods in project deliveries

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant education in procurement, logistics, economics, or a technical field
• Experience in operational procurement or a similar role, preferably with a technical focus
• Technical understanding and the ability to evaluate and manage specifications for goods and services
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in price and supplier evaluations
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
