The Panther Ausf. D tank in the LIMITED EDITION version was designed from COBI construction blocks in the scale of 1:28 using 1284 elements! The model contains movable elements such as a rotating turret with a movable gun barrel and rotating wheels with working tracks! For the first time in this model a completely new track pattern was used, even more resembling the real ones! The hatches in the tank can be opened and the block crew can be placed in them. Under the service flap there is an engine reproduced from blocks. Under the removable turret there is access to the reproduced interior of the tank! The set contains only high-quality prints that do not wear off, too!

The limited set includes 3 minifigures that will not only expand your collection but will also become an attractive addition to building dioramas. The whole set is complemented by a numbered black, laser-engraved plate with the name of the set. The box also includes a numbered, paper certificate of authenticity with the signature of the President of COBI.

The Panzerkamfwagen V Panther was a German medium tank from World War II. To this day it is one of the most recognizable German tanks. The Panthers entered service in 1943. They had their baptism of fire during the Battle of Kursk where they were plagued by numerous failures. Eliminating the faults allowed Germany to reveal the advantages of this tank. It quickly turned out that the Panthers were superior to the Soviet T-34s and American Shermans. Thick armor, advanced design, high accuracy and one of the best guns of World War II (KwK 42 L/70) made the Panther an extremely dangerous and effective weapon, inspiring respect until the end of the war!
